ASX – Australian Securities Exchange

Lisa Green

We are taking part in the Big Day off because it is a unique initiative that resonates with our staff engagement model of promoting workplace flexibility and encouraging work life balance. Although we do have our own set charity partners, this idea fits so neatly with our staff engagement strategy and is optional for staff to participate in, so it means we can support this on top of our existing charities

Joss Group

Paul Joss

We’re proud to be one of the first businesses to sign up for The Big Day Off. We have a workforce of 1600 spread across Regional NSW in divisions from construction, facilities management and warehousing. This event allows us to support a cause we value, as well as provide equal opportunities for our staff to participate and be rewarded. In fact we’re so impressed with the concept, we’re offering up 10 opportunities for our staff to win a Big Day Off, on us.

The Big Day Off is something that really appeals to us as a business. We’re not offering up a cash donation, rather we’re donating something that I expect many businesses can afford – one day off work for a lucky staff member. Not only can we support a cause we feel passionate about, but our staff can also participate and be rewarded.
